All sales are final. Damage during shipping or manufacturers defect must be reported within 7 days of shipment arrival. Customers are responsible for accurate measurement of their space! Although we do recommend ordering 5-10% more than the actual squre footage, we are not responsible for unopened and unused boxes of material.
We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment. In the event that you would like to pay by check, please understand that there will be a delay in processing your shipment while we wait for the check to clear.
When possible, we ship UPS or FedEx. Sheet goods, large quantities of flooring, paint, or plaster may require shipping by freight. Please be aware that residential deliveries may require an appointed delivery time and a warm body or two to help unload!
